Terreco Environmental's app is a new app for the civil engineering construction industry. It is designed to help you stay on top of your contractual environmental commitments and avoid pitfalls that may otherwise affect your contract performance, programme or budgets.
We know from our experience on site that environmental compliance is a minefield. Our app contains checklists for those areas that have caused the most headaches.
Each checklist includes compact guidance on actions you should consider while, for example, establishing your camp, keeping fuel on site or working near water. Timely use of these checklists will help you prepare your next steps without causing extended delays or contract penalties.
Being environmentally compliant on site does not have to be a burden if you have the right information at the right time. Use the checklists as a to-do list, as timely reminders or for training purposes. We hope you will find them a great help on site.
Other features include details of where you can find us, connect with us and communicate with us, should you need more specific information on any issues. We have also included a page where you can send in your photographs on site - you can show good examples of environmental best practice you've implemented.
